Senior Purchasing Executive
Roles and responsibilities
- Sourcing, purchasing and expediting orders to meet the production and project requirements
- Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and other terms (payment/delivery terms, etc.)
- Work with other departments (e.g. commercial and operations) to identify high-quality and lower-priced substitutes to ensure control of production cost
- Countercheck details and completeness of purchase requisition document
- Carry out RFQ process
- Evaluate commercial bid and terms
- Responsible to source alternate suppliers to ensure quality management & cost effectiveness
- Perform goods return documents for non-conformance, excess or wrong parts and ensure proper credit note or exchange follow up.
- Procure and arrange logistic services for local and overseas delivery, and coordinate collection and delivery of materials to site
- Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ level or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well under pressure and is able to cope with tight/urgent deadlines
- Proactive with good initiative, and resourceful in identifying reliable suppliers with high level of integrity
- Familiar with shipping procedures and documentation
- 5½ day work week
- Experience with building and/or marine materials and technical specifications is an added advantage
Languages and skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge in Microsoft Navision and ERP system is an added advantage

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Roles and responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze costings for tenders
- Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and purchasing department for quotations and procurement
- Prepare tender and contract documents and reports, including bills of quantities with client/owner, quality proposals, etc.
- Evaluate and monitor contractual claims and variation orders
- Project budget control and tracking of expenditures
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
Requirements
- Diploma in QS or related studies, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works, ID trade and supply sources
- Good project coordination, negotiation and communication skills
- Works well under pressure and is able to cope with tight/urgent deadlines
- Able to work independently
- May need to go to site for meetings with clients/contractors
- 5½ day work week
Languages and skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and Project
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Navision and ERP system are added advantages

Roles and responsibilities
- Produce 2D and 3D drawings
- Perform interior design, commercial layout, structural and detail drawing for projects and furniture
- Coordinate with project managers and clients/designers for any revisions/amendments of drawings
- Ensure all drawing creation, amendment, receiving, transmittal, recording and disposal is in compliance with statutory regulations
- Attend site surveys and take relevant measurements to translate into drawings
- Prepare necessary calculations pertaining to design work
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, or any other related studies
- 4 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to details
- Experience in furniture design and manufacturing is an added advantage
- 5½ day work week
Language and skills
- Well-versed in English; able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and MS Office
